How XBD+ works: Xtra Backup Design Plus (XBD+) adds 15–20% extra backup on top of the base design, and the CBH figure is declared at real power loads instead of one headline number, so the runtime shown at 400W is the runtime the battery is certified to give.
Maintenance in practice: The 6x1 layout places all six water inlets on one side, so water top-up happens from a single side without moving the battery, and the spill-free float design lets you top up without removing the float plug. Combined with the vent plug electrolyte management, this keeps upkeep to just 1–2 water top-ups in a year.
